Flat Metal Gaskets
Korea Fuji flat metal gasket with its solid steel, according to flangestandard and shape in selecting the adequate material by machine fabricated gasket, is suitable for high temperature high pressure and intense corrosive environment.
Recently particulary with style 400G, 400P material bonded with soft material of graphite or PTFE tape on both sides of gasket has been increasingly used.
This product is expected to prove high effective of sealing with low seating stresses.
Together with floating head of heat exchanger in considering fluid conditions for various
equipment flange joints required, by narrow flange width or low seating stresses, can be fitly used
in high temperature, high pressure and severe corrosive environment if appropriate material
choosed.

Grooved (Serrated)Metal Gasket
Grooved (serrated) metal gasket is also made of cold rolled metal plate,but it has concentric
grooves and effective sealing is minimized so as to increase sealing effect.
Both of these gaskets are extensively used on pipe flanges, valve bonnets, pressure vessel,Heat
exchanger at high pressure and temperature.

Grooved(Serrated) Metal with Covering Layers
The grooved metal with covering layer gaskets have been proved successful in all industrial applications. The gasket offers a safe, effective seal under the most exacting conditions of both temperature and pressure and against virtually every known corrosive and toxic media. (PH 0~14)
The soft sealing layer thickness is 0.5mm for graphite, Non-Asbestos, aluminum and silver and 0.35mm for PTFE.
For heat Exchanger with baffles the gasket are double jacketed or grooved ribs.
